"Kathy’s assistants are absolutely clueless.l. I’ve been over 10 years customer here. When I needed to make certain changes to my policies, Kathy’s assistant said the team took care of it, but upon my inquiry about why the policy status and the declarations page showed no changes, the only response I got is I do not know how to make the changes requested. Not sure what more I can comment. Clearly would claim commission on the policies they underwrote yet failed to do a proper underwriting job. Now they messed up all the policies I had, meaning I have to start over and there is a lapse period in my policy to get my claim covered. Absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth."
